We take pride in delivering high-quality fragrances. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is wrong item, damaged or defective
• You notify us within 5 days of delivery
• An unboxing video is provided (mandatory) as proof
❌ Non-Returnable Items
• Products that are not wrong item , damaged or defective
• Claims without an unboxing video
• Requests made after 5 days of delivery
📦 Return Shipping
• We will bear the return shipping cost for eligible returns.
💰 Refund Process
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
